Return and Exchange Policy: We stand behind our products at Medical Textile. We are keen to ensure our customers' satisfaction, so we provide you with the possibility of easy and smooth return and exchange according to the following conditions: Conditions for Return and Exchange* The products must be in their original condition as received, and not used or washed.* All product labels (packaging and tag) must be present.* A shipping invoice is provided to the customer, printed, and handed over to the shipping company. Available Period* Return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.* Exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Method of Exchange* Contact Medical Textile customer service to get the shipping invoice.* After receiving the shipment and verifying its condition, the replacement product is shipped and arrives within 2–4 working days.* Shipping fee (45 riyals) is paid with the new order. Method of Return* After receiving the shipment and verifying its condition, the amount is refunded to the customer within 3–5 working days via the same payment method or bank account.* Shipping fee (45 riyals) is deducted from the refunded amount before transfer. If paid via Tamara or Tapy* You can request an exchange or return by contacting customer service.* After receiving the shipment and verifying its condition, the amount is refunded via the customer’s Tamara or Tapy account.* Shipping fee (45 riyals) is deducted before refunding the amount.* In case of exchange, a new order link is sent to the customer to complete the payment process. If there is an error in the order* If there is an error caused by Medical Textile (wrong product or manufacturing defect), the exchange or return is free of charge with no fees.
